Adamson to send you a ll the engineering and operating records referred to in Exhibit MG*' attached to the sale Agreement dated June 1, 1953, so that they may be available for checking by the District during the week of June 21st, and available for delivery by you to the District between June 28th and July 1st, 1954, i f it appears at that time that the District w ill permit the transfer to be completed on July 1, 1954, in accordance with our request. You should immediately get in touch with repre­sentatives of the District and arrange for checking by them of the various documents and property to be delivered pur­suant to Exhibit HG", and make arrangements with them i f possible for delivery of the documents and property some time between June 28, 1954 and July 1, 1954. I think you should take detailed receipts from the District for a ll documents and property delivered to it so that such receipts can be sent to the auditor for permanent filin g . I f we are unable to secure a transfer of the pro­perties on July 1, 1954, you should not deliver the documents and property referred to in Exhibit MG,! until shortly before the date of transfer, which w ill undoubtedly not be later than August 1, 1954. I presume that you now have in your possession, except for the documents which Mr, Adamson w ill send you, a ll of the documents referred to in Exhibit MGM which are to be delivered to the District. I f not, please advise promptly. I am enclosing several copies of a letter addressed 1 to the First National Bank of Nevada which 1 have signed, and which you should have a representative of the District sign when the documents and property referred to in Exhibit WGM have been delivered to the District.
