And our thanks to Max for the fine fish dinner—this in spite of the telegram from Earl Broth-ers who says it wasn't a swordfish, and its history isn't what Max says it is. ****** If all the sage chicken shooters were laid end to end, it would still be a lie: * * * * * "Pop" and Mom Squires celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary! Hess, Chairman, put on a pro-gram of suggestions for "modern-izing" TEE ROTARIAN. Using a projector, they at-tached the nameplate of THE RO-TARIAN to several Advertising photos of ladies' swim suits as suggestions for a more modern cover. For the advertising pages, they suggested current ads for rayon underthings, sheer stock-ings, etc. ... The illustrations caused a lot of laughter--but don't worry, TEE ROTARIAN isn't going to duplicate themj ' AJ.iERlCA, THE BEAUT IiUL 0 beautiful for spacious skies, For amber waves of grain, For purple mountain majesties Aoove the fruited plain.
