Bennett Will you please prepare usual form of construction agreement with Longley Construction Company, 421 West Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, to cover the furnishing of all labor, tools and equipment to construct approximately 48.5 ft. of 4* cast Iron water mains to serve private property, both sides of alley, between 13th Street and 14th Street from Stewart Street to Ogden Street, Las Vegas, Nevada, in location described as follows: Commencing at a connection with existing 12** oast iron water main In Stewart Street at center line of alley thence southerly along center line of alley approximately 485 feet to a connection with existing 4 H cast iron water main located on southerly side of Ogden Street. Consideration $1392*50 Bond 1392.50 Other usual conditions. Provisions for Workmen’s compensation and employer's liability Insurance as well as contractor’s contractual liability and property damage insurance and contractor's liability and pro­perty damage insurance, should be in accordance with Mr. 0. J. Wullsteln’s letter of December 19, 1952. Would appreciate it if this agreement can be processed at an early date as I anticipate early receipt of authorization to construct this line. LRM/dm L. R.
