Condemnation proceedings on land on West Eighth street, West-side, wilt be started immediately in order to allow the water company a right-of-way for a pipe line into the HMFandM addition, it' was decided last night. The'water company, preceding on an order to supply the addition with wafer, ran into a snag because of a lack of right-of-way for the line and last night requested action from the city commissioners.
