Dear Mr. Johnsons This is to supplement our letter of January 28, 1953 as maybe we were vague as to our subdivision. Our subdivision, Charleston Heights, is a subdivision of portion of the North Half (t$y of the South Half (8|) of Section 36, Township 20 South, Range 60 East, K.D.B.&M, Tills Is part of the property Just reoently annexed to the City of Las Vegas. As stated in our previous letter, we are ready to start 200 homes and income units. Our engineers at the present time are preparing our next unit which will include approximately another 40 acres and 200 homes. This will put us approximately 30 feet higher In elevation than our first unit. We will appreciate an immediate answer whether or not the Las Vegas Land and Water Company will furnish water to our development. Yours very truly, CHARLESTON HEIGHTS, INC. fly /e/ Ernest A.
