fire hydrant connections to serve residential area east of Shadow Lane approximately 1000 feet north of Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider, at quarterly intervals, 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from consumers taking direct service from water mains so installed for a period of ten years from date of completion of said install­ation or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line (exclusive of cost of installing fire hydrant connections), which­ever occurs first; 3. Company to own said water mains; 1|. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments where said pipe lines are laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement nN ”L.D. 2721 dated September 17, 1953* between LVL&WCo., called "Company”, and Norman J. Helgeson, called "Subdivider”, providing? 1. Subdivider to pay Company $3180.00, estimated cost of installing the following pipe lines to serve Block One (1) of Acres Addition Tract, Las Vegas, Nevada; (a) Approximately 570 LP of 6” and 132 LP of ij.” cast iron water mains; (b) Approximately 10 LP of 6 " fire hydrant connections. 2. Company to refund to owner at quarterly Inter­vals 35$ of revenue received by it from con­sumers located within Acres Addition Tract taking direct service from water mains so installed for period of 10 years from date of completion of said Installation or until
