Allen, Chairman Nevada Public Service Commission Carson City, Nevada Dear Mr. Allen: Re: I k S Docket No. 127; Las Vegas Land and Water Co. v. Public Service Com., District Court No. 13345. I am in receipt of wire from the Public Service Commission dated September 29, 1952, advising that the rates, rules and regulations filed by the Las Vegas Land and Water Company to become effective September 1, 1952, consisting of original sheets 1 to 13, inclusive, are in accordance with the Order of the First Judicial District Court in Court Docket 13345 and of this Commission in I k S Docket 127 and therefore became effective September 1, 1952. The tariff referred to is the tariff which was sent to you with my letter of August 25, 1952, pursuant to the Order of the Commission of August 13, 1952, in I k S Docket 127. It is my understanding from your wire that the Commission has accepted this tariff and that it is on file with the Commission as the official tariff of the Las Vegas Land and Water Company effective September 1, 1952.
