    ASSESSMENT DISTRICT The Mayor announced that this was the time and place designated for the Board of Commis- NO. 100-4 sioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to offer for sale, and to receive sealed bids Bonds and publicly open the same for, the City's special assessment negotiable coupon bonds, designated City of Las Vegas Assessment District No. 100-4 Street Improvement Bonds Ser- ies of January 1, 1951 in the aggregate principal amount of $14,271.73. Thereupon, all of said bids received were opened and are as follows: Bidder Annual Rate Premium _________________________________ Of Interest If Any Gross Rogers & Co. 4% Hannaford & Talbot and Boettcher & Co. 3.45% Blair Rollins & Co. 4% Bonds 1952-55 inc. 3% Bonds 1956-61 inc. ASSESSMENT DISTRICT The Mayor announced that this was the time and place designated for the Board of Commis- N0. 200-1 sioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to offer for sale, and to receive sealed bids Bonds and publicly open the same for the City's special assessment negotiable coupon bonds, designated City of Las Vegas Assessment District No. 200-1 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds Series of January 1, 1951 in the aggregate principal amount of $25,714.47. Thereupon, all of said bids received were opened and are as follows: Bidder Annual Rate Premium __________________________________ Of Interest If Any Hannaford & Talbot and Boettcher & Co. 3.45% Blair Rollins - 4% Bonds 1952-55 inc. $26.00 3 3/4% Bonds 1956-61 inc. Gross Rogers & Co. 4½% ASSESSMENT DISTRICT The Mayor announced that this was the time and place designated for the Board of Commis- NO. 200-3 sioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to offer for sale, and to receive sealed bids Bonds and publicly open the same for the City's special assessment negotiable coupon bonds, designated City of Las Vegas Assessment District No. 200-3 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds Series of January 1, 1951 in the aggregate principal amount of $43,274.93. Thereupon, all of said bids received were opened and are as follows: Bidder Annual Rate Premium of Interest If Any Hannaford & Talbot and Boettcher & Co. 3.45% Blair Rollins & Co. 4% Bonds 1952-55 inc. $44.00 3 3/4% Bonds 1956-61 inc. Gross Rogers & Co. 4% 51.00 Commissioner Moore moved the foregoing bids be referred to the City Attorney and Comptroller for tabulation. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Moore, Peccole, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. ASSESSMENT ROLL The Mayor announced that this was the time and place designated for the Board of Commissioners NO. 18-1951 and the Ex-officio City Assessor of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, to meet and review the as- Assessment District sessments and hear any objection to said assessment which may be made on the proposed improve- No. 100-2 ments in Assessment District No. 100-2, as shown on Assessment Roll No. 18-1951. The Mayor then asked if any written objections concerning said assessment roll had been filed in the office of the City Clerk. The City Clerk answered there had been no objections filed in her office prior to said meeting. The Mayor then publicly asked if any one desired to make any objection, suggestion or comment, or raise any question concerning said special assessment roll. Mr. Lafe S. Rose, 1512 E. Stewart, owner of Lot 14, Block 1 of Mayfair Addition No. 3 was present at this time to protest the assessment. Mr. Rost stated that his improvement is already in and paid for. Commissioner Whipple moved the following Assessment Roll No. 18-1951 be confirmed.
