The Commission considered the application of A1 Bramlet for a Use Permit to authorize the operation of a Health Club to be known as Las Vegas Baths, Inc. in the Culinary Workers Union Building at 114 New York Street. This application was recommended for approval by the Board of Adjustment. His Honor asked if there were any objections to this Use Permit. None were voiced. Commissioner Fountain moved the recommendation of the Board of Adjustment be accepted and the following resolution adopted: BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, in a recessed regular meeting on the 28th day of March, 1356, having considered the application of A1 Bramlet for a use permit to operate a health club at 114 New York Street; and The Board having considered the recommendation of the Board of Adjustment approving this application; NOW, THEREFORE, it is the decision of this Board that the application of Al Bramlet for a use permit to operate a health club in the Culinary Workers Union Building at 114 New York Street be and the same hereby is approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Fountain, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Com- missioner Sharp passed his vote.
