    All 3 brothers came to southern Nevada in 1937. They had previously lived in Detroit and for a short time in Albion, Michigan where they a shoe store. From Albion they moved to the Los Angeles area where they opened a food market in the San Fernando valley. In 1936, Nate went to Reno for a short period and then to Boulder City where Louis and Harry opened a shoe store. They also had a business that took salvage from Boulder Dam to Los Angeles.
