Dear Sir : Referring to your letter May l£th in reference to water to Be used from the Las Vegas Creek on the Stew art Burial Plot: to supplying this water at the in-take, and am pleased to advise that we have now placed on the hanks of the creek a permanent metal 4-inch weir which has been set in solid concrete, and I believe will not be molested as the wooden weirs have been in the past. We are now delivering to the Stewart heirs the amount of water required by agree­ment made when the Stewart Ranch was purchased. and the amount of water delivered is satisfactory to the Stewart heirs.
