Dear Sir : Referring to your letter May l£th in reference to water to Be used from the Las Vegas Creek on the Stew art Burial Plot: to supplying this water at the in-take, and am pleased to advise that we have now placed on the hanks of the creek a permanent metal 4-inch weir which has been set in solid concrete, and I believe will not be molested as the wooden weirs have been in the past. We are now delivering to the Stewart heirs the amount of water required by agreement made when the Stewart Ranch was purchased. and the amount of water delivered is satisfactory to the Stewart heirs.
