Also distance from SW corner of Seetloa 27 northerly along west line of this section to 1/16 comer in Bonanxa Road should be 1362.63 ft. as indicated on the attached map. In addition, the section line between the SX comer Sec. 28 and the SW corner Sec. 28 should be a straight line, and you should make suitable changes in distances and bearings accordingly, as shown in red on attached drawing. We have not used the survey made by Mr. J. T. McWilliams in 1922 for sales or leases on Railroad Company property and we should sot use his survey ht this time. With reference to the location of the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of Section 28; said corner ehould be eet at the intersection of the north-eoath centerline of Section 33 (which it well defined) and the above mentioned tenth line of Section 28. Please advise when you have revised the survey as indicated and furnish me sup for our record. Tours very truly, OSiSflPi-SKSO. ' • I *• k AM M SO N ®« 8? AUG 9 1954 ® (J
