Co., and Valley f2nterprla»a, Inc., and Easement by Valley Enterprises, Inc., to L.V.L.S&. Co., respeotlvsly across said Let K. I received a call this morning from Mr. Mac Peck, President of Valley Enterprises, Inc., and he stated that he Is now faced with a law suit covering the location of the northerly line of Lot M and while he expects to win the suit, he feels that the easement as prepared by as and submitted to him on the basis of survey furnished me by Engineer Bronken of Las Vegas would not be proper if It was decided in the suit that the northerly line of Lot M was in a different location than that location on which the easement was based. Mr. Mao Peck stated that he inteded to hold up any answers to my letters but that his attorney would write me within a few days stating his case and explaining reasons why Mr. Mao Peck was unwilling to comply with the Agreement furnished him on July 1?, 1953# mentioned in my letter of September 3# 1953* I will furnish you a copy of letter from Mr. Mac Peck’s attorney when received.
