Price) Xour letter April 9# file 7334, granting permission to National loe Company to sub-lease the front 4o feet of their North Main Street lease to E. P. Scott for the purpose of retailing trailers! Scott had a location on the East side of Main Street, directly across from our property, where he was handling a portion of M s business, but the owner is now requiring M m to vacate this site. National Ice Company now requests permission to sub-lease to Scott an additional 2$ feet on which, I understand, he intends to construct a small office. I attach copy of letter from Richardson-Lovaloek on this subject. Will you kindly advise. A. M. Folger
