On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing LVL&WCo. LS Deed Audit No. 5121, dated July 30, 1951, conveying to Jesse P. Pout and Cassie N. Pout, his wife, Lots 16 and 17, Block 7, Tract No. 1867, Yermo, California; consideration $10 and other good and valuable consideration; subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1951-1952; 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; 3 - An unrecorded easement for a power transmission line across a portion of said premises granted the Southern Sierras Power Company under date of April 1, 1928; excepting and reserving unto LVL&WCo. all minerals and all mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. Following Authority for Expenditure Requests, approved by the President, were submitted for ratification: A. F. E. No. 14 (W. 0. #679), issued Aug. 7, 1951; Las Vegas, Nev„; constructing 1350 ft. of 6” cast iron pipe water main from connection at Fourth Place and 10 ft. of 6” fire protection lateral for fire hydrant to serve portion of Tract No. 2, El Centro Addition.
