Company to refund to subdivider at quarterly Intervals 35$ of monthly revenue received by it from customers taking direct service from water lines so installed for period of ten years from date of completion of said in­stallation or until Subdivider has been repaid the agreed sum of $1,610.00, whichever first occurs; 3. Company to own said water main; 4. Subdivider to furnish Company necessary easements where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys, together with Bill of Sale and Policy of Title Insurance; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard in executing Assignment C.L.D. No. 11263-1, dated June 24, 1953, whereby effective as of June 1, 1953, Agreement Audit No. 10670, dated March 17, 1953, and expiring February 19, 1958, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Marco B. Restovich, doing business as "Seafood Dinner House", covering site for restaurant or cafe and cocktail lounge on Ocean Boulevard and Lime Ave., Long Beach, California , is assigned by Lessee to Peter G. Stathis, Andrew Bratsalis, and Peter Stathis, co-partners, doing business as "The Sea Food Grotto"; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing Agreement "N" L.D. No. 2631-1, dated June 24, 1953, supplementing Agreement "N" L.D. 2631, dated December 9, 1952, between LVL&WCo., and M.P.L. Corporation, -2-
