All taxes levied and assessed upon or properly attributable to any of the propartlea referred to In paragraph* (a) to (a) of Section 1 hereof in the calendar year in which the sale date occurs shall be prorated between you and the D istrict as of the sale date and the purchase price adjusted accordingly. ?• Said purchase price shall be paid in cash or in such other medium of payment as you my designate. It is understood that in order to finance th is purchase i t is necessary that the undersigned be authorised to issue bonds pursuant to the statute under which the undersigned was created and is acting. Therefore one of the conditions of th is offer is that i t shall not be binding upon the undersigned until it s bonds so to be authorised are sold and the money therefrom Is available. This offer shall ramain in effect until i t is rejected by you or withdrawn by the undersigned by notice given with the same formality as th is offer la made and given.
