THIS INDENTURE, mad© this 2nd day of January, 1925, between H. BLANDING and A. H# LEE, the parties of the first part, and LOS ANGELES & SALS? LAKE RAILROAD COMB. NY, the party of the second part, WITNESSETH: That the said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar (|1#00) lawful money of the United States to them in hand paid by the party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents remise, release and forever quit claim unto the said party of the second part and to its successors and assigns for­ever, that certain ten acres of land hereinafter particularly de­scribed, the same being a portion of the Gypsum Queen Placer Mining Claim, and situated in the South half (&&) of the South half (S&) of the Northeast quarter {NE-£) of Section 17, Township 17 S., Range 64 E., MDB&M in the County of Clark, State of Nevada, the said Gypsum Queen Placer Claim having been located on the 24th day of May, 1924, the notiee of location of which is recorded in Book 7 of Mining Notices, at page 287, and the certificate cf location of which is recorded in Book 7 of Mining Notices, at page 291, Clark County, Nevada records, to which reference is hereby made. The said ten acres of land hereby conveyed being particularly described as follows, to-wlt: The East half (E^) of the Southeast quarter (SEi) of Southwest | uarter (fliw£) of Northeast quarter CNRi) and the West half (W^) of the Southwest q uarter fSW#f of Southeast quarter (8BJ) of Northeast quarter (NE|$ of Section 17, Twp. 17 S., R. 64 E., MDB&M, County of Clark, State of Nevada.
