Lae Vegas - January 12, 1943 W 23-1-22 Mr. Leo A. McNamees Please refer to ay letter December 22nd to Mr. Strong, copy to you regarding request for extension of water aalne In Huntrldge Tract No. 3. We are now in receipt of telegraphic advice that the Committee has assented to this expenditure, and we are requested to prepare and submit agreement promptly. X attach copy of the Huntrldge Company’s Application which shows the consist of the partnership. The maximum amount refundable will be #15,380. Approximately 6,000 feet of water main will be Installed to serve the first 100 houses and this Includes extension of our main on Charleston approximately 1300 feet from its present terminus on 12th Street (Marilyn Drive) to the point where it turns south into the tract. Usual specifications will be included in a print to be attached and marked Exhibit "A*. Please let me have the agreement at your earliest convenience so I may transmit a copy to the Public Service Commission for approval. w im s r w r m m m
