% for public improvements levied and assessed upon the option parcel during period Dec. 31, 1946, to March 31, 1947, which are not properly chargeable as capital expenditures; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Guild and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing L.S. Deed Audit No. 4851, dated December 6, 1946, conveying to Charles Latimer and Winifred S. Latimer, his wife, Grantees, Lots 2, 3 and 4 and portions of Lots 5, 6 and 7 in Block 109, Villa Plots, South Side Tract, near San Antonio Ave. and State Street, Ontario, Calif.; excepting and reserving unto Grantor all minerals and mineral rights, including oil and gas and rights thereto, without right of entry; also granting unto Grantees an easement for the construction, maintenance and operation of a platform upon a portion of said Lots 6 and 7, said easement to terminate and revert to Grantor if Grantees shall cease to use said land for platform purposes; said property being conveyed and easement granted subject to: 1 - General and special taxes for the fiscal year 1946-1947, including any special district levies, payment for which is included therein and collected therewith; ' 2 - Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements and encumbrances of record; consideration $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
