On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong X and Secretary in executing Notice of Termination, N.L.D. 801, dated December 20, 1941, addressed to John Vianassa, Las Vegas, Nevada, terminating effective December 26, 1941, lease agree­ment, Audit No. 9929, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and John Vianassa, dated August 1, 1938, as extended to July 31, 1942, covering advertising sign or signboard site, Las Vegas, Nevada; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing letter-agreement, dated December 31, 1941, be­tween Las Vegas Land and Water Company and W. J. Rhoads, cover­ing the construction and laying by him of approximately 4220 ft. of cast iron water mains, along a line parallel to North Main Street; thence southeasterly to Las Vegas Ranch, in Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada; Water Company to furnish without cost to said W. J. Rhoads all necessary pipe, valves, fittings and material, FOB cars Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $3,764.; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C. L. D. 3966, dated January 3, 1942, extending to November 30, 1948, term of agreement UP Audit No. A-47725 (LVL&WCo. Audit No. 9925), expiring November 30,
