that all terms of original agreement dated July 17, 1967 remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President T. E. Hammill in executing extension rider C. L. D. No. 15786-1, dated March 15, 1968 extending term of agreement C. A. No. 11065 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Foster and Kleiser, Division of Metromedia, Inc., to and including April 18, 1969 at rental of $147.50 per month, payable monthly in advance; said agreement covering site for erection, maintenance and use of advertising billboards in Dominguez area, Los Angeles County, California, and that all terms of original agreement, dated July 17, 1967 remain in full force and effect; be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. -8-
