Walter R. Bracken, vice president of the Las Vegas Land and Water company today announced the appointment of A. M. Folger as general manager. of' the .water company. Folger, who recently complet-- ed a quarter of a century service with the Union Pacific, has been connected with the local utility for the past 15 years. He is a World war I veteran, a member of the Union Pacific Old Timers and of the Rotary club. X
