I note that the packing house, concerning which your inquiry was made, is leased to Mr* Woodill* It is true that t authorized, on February Hist, the assumption hy the Railroad Company of the expense of additional machinery installed hy Mr* Woodill* This authorization you will note was extended prior to the termination of Federal control as a corporate transaction* Form 30, however, should he submitted so that it may he properly accounted for.
