1910. Sept'. S3, 1199 Mr. V;. H. Bancroft, First Vine President, Salt Lake City, Utah. Dear Sir: Referring to the attached correspondence from fir. Bettis enclosing letter from fir. Bracken. I have written fir. Tilton as per copy attached to have the houses cleaned lip inside, which it seems to me should have keen, done anyway. I hell eve that we should provide shades for the windows of all these houses, which I believe it is customary for the owners to always provide for renting houses, at least it is done in Los Angeles.
