    399 MINUTES Commissioner Clark moved that the minutes of April 22, 27, May 5, 6, 1949 be approved by reference and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commis- sioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. SERVICE & MATERIAL WARRANTS Commissioner Clark moved that Service & Material Warrants Nos. 1770 thru 1774, 1784 thru 1739 and 1799 thru 1803 in the total amount of $65,625.98 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. PAYROLL WARRANTS Commissioner Clark moved that Payroll Warrants Nos. 1042 thru 1045 in the net sum of $26,6l9.07 be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Baskin and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. CANCELLATION AGREEMENT Commissioner Moore moved that the Cancellation Agreement between the CAA and the City CAA Instrument Landing System terminating the Instrument Landing System installed at the Las Vegas Municipal Airport formerly known as McCarran Field, be approved and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. BID - Tractor & Shovel Commissioner Baskin moved that pursuant to the recommendation of the City Manager that Awarded the bid of Clark County Wholesale Mercantile for a Tractor and Bull Clam Shovel in the amount of $l4,347.75, said bids which were opened on May 6, 1949, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Baskin, Clark, Moore, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
