Committee Contracts under State Water Plan at Oroville be sold at a subsidized or below market rate, it simply would result in additional charges having to be had for the system in order to meet the cost for pumping power along the aqueduct route. Also, it seems equitable that the energy recovered from power plants along the aqueduct system, such as on this side of the Tehachapis, should either be fed back to help pump the water to the power drop or, if sold, the revenues used to reduce the cost of that pumping.
