A • In accordance with your request, I called Mr. Renshaw of the Water District at Las Vegas on Dec. 20th with regard to the division of cost of surveys involved in the relocation of monuments on the north line of railroad company property in the South Half of Sections 29 and 30, referred to in Mr. Reinhardt’s letter to Mr. Thomas A. Campbell dated November 30, R H his part as to the work to be done no reply had yet been made to Mr. Reinhardt’s letter, but after talking to Mr. Kenmir, of Mr. Montgomery's office, he advised that he had told Mr. Kenmir that the 50-50 division of expense for this survey was satisfactory to him, and that he would arrange for a reply to Mr. Reinhardt's letter, with copy to Mr. Kenmir, on the basis suggested by Mr. Reinhardt, after which he was sure the matter would be handled promptly by Mr. Kenmir of Mr. Montgomery's office.
