    4 - Owner to furnish. Company bill-of-sale for said water mains; 5 - Owner to furnish Company satisfactory ease­ments where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be* and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt and Secretary in executing agreement ”N ”L.D» 2651, dated December 9, 1952, between LVL&WCo., called ’’Company”, and Mo Po L 0 Corporation, called ’’Subdivider”, providing; 1 - Subdivider to pay to Company $12,440.00, estimat­ed cost of installing approximately 3120 feet of 6” cast iron pipe, and approximately 40 lin.-ft. of 6” cast iron water main, to serve four fire hydrants, to serve Moss Tract No. 5, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2 - Company to refund to Subdivider 35^ of monthly revenue received by it from customers in said Moss Tract No. 5 taking water from the water main so installed for period of ten years from date of completion of said installation, or until Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of the line (exclusive of the cost of constructing said fire hydrant connections), whichever occurs first; 5 - Company to own said water mains; 4 - Subdivider to furnish Company satisfactory easements where said pipe lines are to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Seitz and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing Deed Audit No. 5218, dated December 17, 1952, conveying to Charlie J. Chandler and Anice Chandler, husband and wife, Lot 17 in Block 5 of -7-
