LAS VEGAS LAMP AND WATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Du Bois Chemicals 717 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Stoddard and Assistant Secretary Bachman in executing C. L. D, No. ll|911, dated August 25, 1961}., quitclaim deed whereby Las Vegas Land and Water Company quitclaims unto Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, for a consideration of $10.00 and other good and valuable consideration, all of its right, title and interest in and to that certain easement for railroad purposes reserved in deed to Du Bois Chemicals, Inc., recorded May 20, 1963 in Official Records of Los Angeles, California, and in and to that certain easement for railroad purposes reserved in deed to Wallace S. Warnock, Barbara Ann Warnook, William Z. Bancroft, Mary P . Bancroft, M. Robert Howard and Patricia Howard, recorded August 1, 1963 in Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, be and the same is hereby ratified approved and confirmed.
