Frontier Strike participants march with posters, banners, and flags at the Frontier Hotel and Casino on April 21, 1992. Secretary-treasurer of the Culinary Workers Union, Jim Arnold and American civil rights activist, Jesse Jackson, participate in the march. Surrounding the crowd are camera operators, photographers, and police officers. Banners read: "Conquering the Frontier, Culinary Local 226, Bartenders Local 165" and "Service Employees International Union, AFL-CIO, CLC." The Frontier marquee reads: "Welcome Service Employees International Union and Jesse Jackson." Arrangement note: Series I. Demonstrations, Subseries I.A. Frontier Strike.
