    Motion seconded by Commissioner Whipple and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple, Jarrett and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. SERVICE & Commissioner Whipple moved that Service and Material Warrants Nos. 2181 to MATERIAL 2185 inclusive and No. 2187 in the total mount of $22,908.46 be approved WARRANTS and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to sign same. Motion seconded by Commissioner Peccole and carried by the following vote; Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple, Jarrett and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Peccole moved the application of J. S. Pappas and Albert Jensen, 49er Club, 109 Fremont for a Tavern Liquor license for the fourth quarter of 1951 be approved. This motion died for lack of a second. GAMING APPLICATION Commissioner Peccole moved the application of J. S. Pappas, 49er Club, 49er Club 109 Fremont for gaming license for the fourth quarter of 1951 for 20 slot machines, 1 Poker 1 "21" game, and 1 Crap Table, be approved. This motion died for lack of a second. LIQUOR APPLICATIONS Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Molly Fitzpatrick and Ella Dan Dee Bar C. Cornish, Dan Dee Bar, 203 North 1st for a Tavern Liquor License for the fourth quarter of 1951, formerly issued to the above named applicants and Irving I. Gelsen, be approved subject to investigation by the Police Department. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple, Jarrett and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. BALL GROCERY Commissioner Peccole moved the application of Eldon A. Jones and Lewis E. Ball, Ball Grocery, 404 South 2nd Street for a Retail Beverage license for the fourth quarter of 1951, be approved subject to a favorable investigation of the new partner, Mr. Jones. Motion seconded by Commissioner Jarrett and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Peccole, Whipple, Jarrett and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
