I agree./ 7 y - a Mr. G* A, Cunningham i t Lake (CC - E. E. Bennett «? Los Angeles) Salt Lake, Hay 24, 1950 9312 Referring to Hr, Bennett’s letter May 22, attaching copy of one from Mr. Jo G. Martin, Attorney for the Lincoln County Power District No* 1, regarding charges for water at Pioche. la the third paragraph of Mr* Miller’s letter he states that it is believed that furnishing water to the Railroad Company through one meter at the regular metered rate of 50£ per thousand gallons, is the most satisfactory way for all concerned. X agree with this conclusion, and you should arrange with proper officers of Lincoln County Power District No. 1 for one meter to properly measure all water used at Railroad Company facilities at Pioche. Please advise when this has been done. P. C. Paulj
