? H ? a I»oa Angeles, April 5, 1929 27-2-1 Mr. F. H. Knickerbocker: Please refer to your letter April 4, file 9215-555, requesting views of proposition set forth in Mr. Strong’s letter April 3, file 758.4, concerning water service to industrial leases at Las Vegas, particularly with reference to fire protection. I concur in recommendations made by Mr. Strong, set forth in Items (a) to (d) inclusive, Page 2 his letter above referred to. I would suggest, however, that provision be made in Item (a) that Bailroad Company maintain the entire pipe line at the sole cost and expense of the user. cc-Mr. Mr. W. 3. Armstrong, Frank Strong. 3. L. Adamson. X
