Knickerbocker: Please refer to your letter April 4, file 9215-555, requesting views of proposition set forth in Mr. Strong’s letter April 3, file 758.4, concerning water service to industrial leases at Las Vegas, particularly with reference to fire protection. I concur in recommendations made by Mr. Strong, set forth in Items (a) to (d) inclusive, Page 2 his letter above referred to.
