Hr. Brown called again to-day Inquiring aa to what action has been taken in this matter and stated he wan very anxious to receive advice aa to whether arrangement could be made to leasing parcel of ground as indicated in my letter. Mr. Brown stated that his plans are now being held In abeyance pending receipt o f advice in this matter and indicated he was willing and anxious to negotiate for ft lease on any reasonable basis which you might propose.
