The nearest main of the Las Yagas Land & later Company is on Charleston Boulevard approximately 416 feet distant* The owner of this property has applied to both the Boulder Syndicate and the Las Vegas Land & later Compatsf for service, and each has refused, even though the owner has offered and stands ready, willing and able to pay the necessary expense of installing a service line from their mains to his property* It would appear 'that this lot and the owner thereof is certainly entitled to be served by one of these two companies operatin g under your Jurisdiction, and this letter is being written in the form of an application to you for such service by one of these companies* Very truly yours.
