Frank E* Barnett, Esquire 2, May 2$, 1952 Rouse, dated April 2, 1952, I am rather embarrassed to enclose a copy thereof because of the length, but I think it is a very good letter, and although I would not suggest that we should tell you anything about matters to be handled before the I do think he covered the situation so well that I thought you might enjoy reading the letter. You understand, of course, there was a lot of intervening correspondence between these letters, but our discussion was limited to the question of a tax-free donation proposition, and I have therefore attempted to limit this correspondence to that angle of our files.
