Description
Robert Frank List is a former governor of Nevada from 1978 to 1983. He was born September 1, 1936 in California to Frank Way List and his wife. He attended Utah State University for his undergraduate degree, and the Hastings College of Law at the University of California for his law degree.
After law school, Robert List was elected to Attorney General for Nevada in 1970. He served a second term as Attorney General when he was re-elected in 1974. He then served as governor. After his governorship, he started his own company and is now Chief Executive Officer of Robert List Company.
Robert has been married twice, once to Kathryn Sue Geary in 1962. They divorced and in 1991, he married Mary Ann Minor.
