Description

Steve Miller was born in California and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He graduated alongside his friend, Keith Austin, in 1962 from Las Vegas High School. The pair built and operated Teenbeat Club on 4416 Paradise Road. They hosted the Teenbeat Club television show every Saturday on KLAS. In 1998, Miller was inducted into the Nevada Broadcasters Hall of Fame. On May 1, 2011, Miller and Austin were inducted into the Las Vegas Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as concert promoters and founders of the Teenbeat Club.

Miller worked as a certified flight instructor for over a decade, and also served as a Las Vegas City Council member for Ward 1. As of 2023, he resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
