Domergue, Faith, 1924-1999

Faith Domergue was an actor known for playing roles in science fiction and horror films and television shows between 1941 and 1968. Born on June 16, 1924 in New Orleans, Louisiana, Domergue was adopted and moved to California in 1927. In 1941, Warner Brothers signed Domergue as an actor before Howard Hughes bought her contract. She initially worked for RKO, appearing in films including Vendetta (1950), but later worked freelance for other film studios. Domergue married film director Paolo Cossa in 1966, and remained married until her death on April 4, 1999 in Santa Barbara, California.
