Boggs, Joy, 1971-

Joy Boggs is leaving UNLV after two years as the Business Manager for the College of Fine Arts. She also served as the Public Scholar in Residence for the Womxn of Color Arts Festival hosted by the Barrick Museum. Her mission in Fine Arts was to transform the financial performance of the College beginning with full transparency and implementing a new internal structure and procedures. Her work was hampered. Her personal education was on full scholarship from DePaul University where she holds a MA in Gender Studies. She strives for excellence in scholarship and integrity because of her parents, Catherine and William, who instilled solid core values that she adheres to still.
