condition reports

Assessments of the overall physical condition, characteristics, and completeness of a thing. Examples include reports on works of art or architecture, the state of conservation of the natural environment, and the state of roadways and waterways under various weather conditions. For assessments of groups or collections of things, use "condition surveys."
