Charles Perri was born July 26, 1991 in Larchmont, New York. His parents were Salvatore Perri and Sadie Louise Perri. Before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada he married Marie Louise Perri. The couple went on to have three children together, Charles, Dennis, and Anita. He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in September 1948 to help his wife's family and take care of her parents. He held a number of jobs around Las Vegas, including the Las Vegas Racetrack, then known as the Joe Brown Racetrack. Perri worked mostly for the City of Las Vegas Fire Department, from which he later retired. He passed away in 1982.
