Park, John S., 1852-1939

Description

John S. Park was an important business owner in Las Vegas, Nevada born in 1852. In 1906, he moved to Las Vegas and opened its first bank, First State Bank. He would go on to become president of the Consolidated Power and Telephone Company, which was later known as the Southern Nevada Power Company. John S. Park died in 1939.
