Nelson, Brad, 1944-

Brad Nelson was born in Sioux City, Iowa. He was raised in Omaha, Nebraska. Nelson attended Iowa State University. He worked on the developments of Green Valley, and Lake Las Vegas in Henderson, Nevada.
