Phillips, Albert C., 1928-2001

Albert Charles Phillips was born August 03, 1928 in Blackburn, Arkansas. Phillips served in the United States Army during the Korean War (1950-1953) and later moved to Boulder City, Nevada. Albert C. Phillips passed away on September 29, 2001.
