Brinker, Charles Homer, 1915-2003

Charles Homer Brinker was born April 28, 1915 in Graham Station, West Virginia. Brinker grew up on a farm and attended school until the 8th grade. Brinker worked as a carpenter in Las Vegas, Nevada. Brinker married at the age of 22.
