Myrtle Banks (1923–1993) was a civic and political activist in Las Vegas, Nevada, and served as 1st Vice President of the Democratic Women’s Club–West. Myrtle Banks was born in Baldwin, Louisiana in 1923. She moved to Las Vegas, Nevada in 1960 with her husband and three children.
