Inas Eleanor Williams (née Koon) was born on January 25, 1936. Inas married Earnest Williams on December 27, 1959, and they had four children: Teresa, Ernestine, Suzanne, and Warren.
Williams worked as an AT&T telephone operator; in Veterans administration; at WoolCo; at Woolworth; and in the Count Room at the Stardust Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.
