Oral history interview with Darwin Lamb conducted by David Blanton on October 25, 1972 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In the interview, Lamb discusses his early life living in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and various United States presidents who visited Las Vegas. Lamb also discusses his involvement in politics as a Clark County Commissioner, Las Vegas economics, and the growth and change of the hotel and casino industry over time.

Oral history interview with M. Jeri Rarick conducted by Richard J. Travers on March 06, 1975 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Rarick discusses moving to Boulder City, Nevada with her family in 1931. Rarick goes on to discuss settling in Las Vegas, Nevada as a young adult. Rarick discusses her experiences in Las Vegas including her various jobs, ranging from waitress to Union Pacific dispatcher.

Oral history interview with William Rehn conducted by Melissa Valentine on February 15, 1979 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Rehn discusses how he believes people have changed in Las Vegas, Nevada since he moved there in 1939. Rehn bemoans how African Americans were treated and segregated in Las Vegas, and describes his career as a political cartoonist. He describes clubs in Las Vegas and their connection to organized crime, as well as the inner workings of the casinos and their relation to the economy.

Oral history interview with Alice Paiz conducted by Elizabeth Farmer on March 20, 1978 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Paiz describes her personal history and how she has seen Las Vegas, Nevada develop since moving there in 1952. Paiz discusses being a Boy Scouts Den Mother, entertainment in Las Vegas, and the Helldorado Festival. Paiz also discusses various reasons why women have more opportunities in Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Kathryn Domenick conducted by Richard Colanduno on February 29, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Domenick discusses atomic testing, politics, the Pony Express, and the economic slump in Las Vegas, Nevada. Domenick also talks about population changes and the political climate of Las Vegas.

Oral history interview with Nathan L. Stout conducted by Greg Rowland on February 27, 1980 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. In this interview, Stout discusses his involvement in church activities, recreational activities in Las Vegas, Nevada, and explains the Las Vegas economy during World War II. He then talks about the construction of the Red Rooster and Flamingo Hotel. Stout goes on to describe underground atomic testing and the development of casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

Oral history interview with Helen D. Newman conducted by Keri Morgan on March 11, 1981 for the Ralph Roske Oral History Project on Early Las Vegas. Newman discusses her early life and why she moved to Las Vegas, Nevada. She discusses changes in the city from housing developments to growth in education due to the construction of additional schools and the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also discusses the construction of new hotels and resorts. Newman later describes the growth of the Girl Scouts in Las Vegas.
